Policy brief

Edward Lynx is a small company focused on creating a significant impact. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy refers to our responsibility toward our surroundings, both social and ecological. Edward Lynx views our actions and choices as a company as one piece of a bigger cultural system; we believe that it is important to place social responsibility at the forefront of our decisions, and that the social responsibility of any business is to make conscientious choices for ourselves, our society, and the planet. Our CSR company policy outlines those deliberate efforts.

Scope

This policy applies to our company, both Stockholm headquarters and international branches. It may also refer to suppliers and partners. We are committed to being a responsible business that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Our CSR consists of both legal compliance and proactive initiatives.

Legality
Edward Lynx will always conduct business with integrity and respect to human rights. We commit to:

  • Respect the law, including but not limited to GDPR policies
  • Ensure that all business operations are legitimate
  • Anti-bribery, anti-discriminatory, and anti-corruption practices

Human rights
Our company is dedicated to protecting human rights. We are a committed equal opportunity employer and will abide by all fair labour practices, and we require the same of any company with whom we work in a recruitment or assessment process. We ensure that our activities do not directly or indirectly violate human rights in any country.

Protecting environmental interests
Edward Lynx recognises the need for improved environmental practices to protect our world. We are moving towards environmentally-friendly practices including recycling, remote meetings and environmentally-friendly technologies, and more.

Protecting human interests
We’ll ensure that we do not risk the health and safety of our employees and community in any way, and we commit to support diversity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace and in society. Wherever possible, Edward Lynx employs through organisations designed to promote opportunities for newly arrived immigrants.

Supporting the community

Edward Lynx attempts to initiate and support investment and educational opportunities, including initiatives promoting Diversity and Inclusion, cultural intelligence and openness, art exhibitions, etc.
