At Edward Lynx ("the Company"), we are committed to promoting sustainability throughout our supply chain. We expect our suppliers to share our commitment to ethical business practices, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship. To ensure that our suppliers align with our values, we have established the following Supplier Sustainability Requirements:

Child Labour and Young Workers
Suppliers must not employ child labour or engage in any practices that exploit or endanger young workers. Suppliers shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the minimum age for employment and working conditions for young workers.

Modern Slavery
Suppliers must have policies and practices in place to prevent and eliminate any form of modern slavery, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking. Suppliers shall comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to modern slavery and take appropriate measures to ensure transparency and accountability within their supply chains.

Anti-Corruption and Anti-Money Laundering
Suppliers must conduct their business activities with integrity, honesty, and in full compliance with all applicable anti-corruption and anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Suppliers shall prohibit bribery, kickbacks, and other forms of corrupt practices, and maintain adequate internal controls to prevent money laundering.

Fair Competition and Anti-Trust
Suppliers must adhere to fair competition principles and comply with all relevant anti-trust laws and regulations. Suppliers shall refrain from engaging in anti-competitive practices such as price fixing, bid rigging, market allocation, or abuse of dominant market position. They shall compete fairly and promote a level playing field in their business operations.

Conflicts of Interest
Suppliers shall disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that may impact their ability to provide products or services to the Company objectively and without bias. Suppliers shall take appropriate measures to manage and mitigate any conflicts of interest that may arise during the course of their engagement with the Company.

Export Controls and Economic Sanctions
Suppliers must comply with all applicable export control laws, regulations, and economic sanctions imposed by relevant governmental bodies. Suppliers shall not engage in activities that violate export control requirements or economic sanctions, and they shall ensure that their products and services do not contribute to any unauthorized proliferation of goods or technology.

Whistleblowing and Protection against Retaliation
Suppliers shall establish mechanisms that enable their employees to report any suspected violations of laws, regulations, or ethical standards, and protect whistleblowers from retaliation. Suppliers shall ensure that reported concerns are treated confidentially, thoroughly investigated, and appropriate actions are taken to address any substantiated issues.
Compliance with these Supplier Sustainability Requirements:

Suppliers are expected to comply with these Supplier Sustainability Requirements, as well as all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to ethical conduct and sustainability.

The Company reserves the right to conduct periodic assessments and audits of supplier practices to ensure compliance with these requirements.

Non-compliance with these requirements may result in consequences, including termination of the supplier relationship.
